About Chris

Chris moved to Camden in 1984. After finishing his schooling, he managed his families' hospitality business for over 20 years. During this time Chris studied to gain his qualifications in hospitality management and shared his passion for this field teaching hospitality at TAFE for a number of years.


Chris joined Camden Council as an Elected representative in 2000. He became Deputy Mayor in 2003. In 2006 Chris became Mayor of Camden Council until his resignation in June 2011 after being elected to the State seat of Camden.


Through Chris' business involvement and his time on Council he has had the privilege of sponsoring and supporting numerous community groups, sporting groups and schools in the local area.


Chris and his wife Vicki are the very proud parents of four children - Amelia, Sophie, Thomas and Matthew.
